This week will begin learning about time. Students will start off learning how to tell time, skip counting around the clock, and the time vocabulary we often use day to day. We will then move into finding the elapsed time (how long it took to do something), the start time, and the end time of an activity. Examples are below.
This is always a tough concept for students because the pattern can happen in many ways. However, with this process the students should be able to successfully find the pattern to find the missing number or extend the table.
